1. Fully automatic molding line 

1) Technical characteristics

(1) Fully automatic molding line is a mechanical unit which contains different casting process( including molding, pouring, cooling, etc.) in foundry workshop to form production line.

(2) Advanced technical concept, reasonable process requirements, good stability and high performance of automation.

(3) Reduce labor intensity and cost, improve the working environment; reduce waste of raw and auxiliary materials to achieve green environmental protection.

(4) It can be customized according to customers’ requirements.

2) Configuration and process

(1) The standard configuration of fully automatic molding line is 87 trolleys and 72 pieces of mold jacket.

(2) Adopting Siemens motor, Japan Yuken Hydraulic Station, Omron PLC, Schneider Contactor.

(3) Adopting gantry milling CNC machining and high frequency annealing process.

(4) The trolley conversion device is driven by stainless steel with magnetic ring cylinder, which has good stability.
