Zoomzu automatic sand molding machine was successfully put into production in Vietnam
Zoomzu automatic sand molding machine went abroad to help the Vietnamese foundry solve the recruitment problem of manual sanding and improve production efficiency. With excellent product quality and reliable after-sales service, it has won the trust and support of Vietnamese customers in the first equipment. After using it for more than a year, I purchased the second fully automatic sand molding machine again. After a week of installation and commissioning, the second equipment has been successfully put into mass production. The surface smoothness of castings produced by casting automatic molding machine is very beautiful, the compactness can reach between 75-90, which greatly improves the yield of casting products and saves labor costs. One machine only needs one person to operate. It can produce about 80-100 boxes of sand in one hour (the time without the lower core), which is equivalent to the output of 6-7 stylists, which makes the foundry more advantageous in the highly competitive market.
